Jank AI Terms of Service Last updated: July 12, 2026 These Terms govern access to Jank AI, including the website, Android app wrapper, character tools, public library, chat features, moderation systems, and membership-linked features. 1. Accounts - You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. - Jank AI is an adult-only service. Do not create or use an account unless you are legally allowed to access adult services in your jurisdiction. - We may restrict, suspend, ban, or remove accounts when needed for safety, legal, security, abuse-prevention, or platform-operation reasons. 2. User Content - You are responsible for characters, prompts, messages, context notes, avatars, reports, profile text, and any other content you create or upload. - You must have the rights needed to upload or publish your content. - Publicly published templates may be reviewed, hidden, unpublished, edited by the owner, or removed under Jank AI moderation decisions. - Private chat content is not public, but it may be processed by Jank AI systems and AI providers as needed to operate the service. 3. Prohibited Content and Conduct - Do not use Jank AI for illegal content or illegal activity. - Sexual content involving minors is prohibited in every area of Jank AI. - Published characters must feature an 18+ main roleplay character. - Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit bugs, bypass moderation, attack the service, or attempt unauthorized access. - Do not upload malware, credential material, or content intended to harm other users or systems. 4. AI Output - AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. - You are responsible for how you use AI output. - Jank AI does not guarantee that AI output is safe, correct, legal, or suitable for any particular purpose. 5. Memberships and Payments - Jank AI uses Stripe Checkout for one-time generation-credit purchases and recurring Jank Plus subscriptions. - Legacy external membership links may continue to provide included text-chat and priority-queue benefits while they remain valid, but they do not create a Stripe subscription or a recurring 5,000-credit grant. - The price, currency, billing interval, and any taxes collected are shown before you confirm a Stripe Checkout payment. - Jank Plus renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it from the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. - Jank Plus includes text chats, priority chat queue access, and 5,000 generation credits after the first successful subscription payment and after each successful monthly renewal. Metered features such as newly generated voice, image, and video output use generation credits. - Purchased credits are digital service units for Jank AI. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be removed when the related payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent. - Failed, cancelled, refunded, or reversed payments may delay, suspend, or remove the corresponding credits or Jank Plus access. Duplicate fulfillment caused by a technical error may be corrected. - Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@jank-ai.com for billing help. - Stripe has its own terms, privacy practices, supported payment methods, and billing rules. 6. Copyright, DMCA, and Abuse Reports - Copyright, impersonation, illegal-content, privacy, and abuse concerns may be reported through the public abuse contact page. - Jank AI may remove or restrict content in response to valid legal, safety, or moderation reports. 7. Service Changes - Jank AI may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. - We may add rate limits, queues, account limits, or moderation controls to protect the platform. 8. No Warranty - Jank AI is provided as-is and as-available. - We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or browser. 9. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jank AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions. 10. Changes to These Terms - We may publish a new Terms version at any time. - If a new version is active, you must accept it before continuing to use Jank AI. - We keep old Terms versions when at least one account accepted them. 11.
